Could do with a specialist, in the long term illness I have to be seen more frequently. Get rid of book on the day appointments. To be seen by a named doctor only. This new system, no continuity of care. A doctor that runs on time.

Had a copd test with Lyndsey today, I have always found her to be very professional, polite and most of all understanding and caring of her patients. She really does make you feel at ease as do all staff at St Lukes. Thanks. 26/9/2017.

The doctor I saw last time didn't answer any of questions put to him satisfactory, I came out of the surgery feeling what a complete waste of my time. What could be improved. Everything and having a doctor you could put your faith and trust in. Your appointment bookings are a complete and utter shambles, I'd get better service.
